Click on the image above to see the year end sales. Use hostess code and get card kits for the two projects below (candy not included- sorry!)
Check out the Stampin' Up! Year End Sales by clicking on the picture above. Act fast because supplies are limited!

Use hostess code: SKK6XNNR
for a project kit for each of the gift card holders below and a couple sneak peak projects from the upcoming spring catalog.

For those of you that are tired of shopping (already!), buy some gift cards and dress them up with cute packaging. Everyone loves gift cards, but if you are like me you feel like you did not put thought into the gift. To add a special touch I like to hand make gift card holders with an extra treat inside.

Here is an easy pouch that I dressed up with Let It Snow DSP. As you can tell, I love this paper!

Another fun way to dress up gift cards is with these cute pizza boxes. They are the perfect size to add a few chocolates and a gift card.

For an extra cute touch, cover hershey's nuggets with 1x3 matching designer series paper:

Is a Stampin' Up! Gift Card on your wish list? Send your loved one to me and I'll add a free product coupon! Plus I'll even wrap it up for him/her!

Getting ready for Christmas

Hello Everyone!

It's the holiday season. I know it gets busy and hectic....but I hope you all take a little time to create. After all adding a handmade touch makes a card or gift extra special, right?! I am trying to stay away from the madness and do what I love.  Eventually I'll buy gifts and do all the other stuff. For now, I'm going to enjoy one of my favorite things...making Christmas crafts!

Last month I had my Christmas Club/Class and we had a great time creating Christmas projects.

If you know me you know I love to make fifty items. Here is a super simple one for ghiradelli chocolates.

I ALWAYS give coffee gift cards...this is perfect for it!

A little glitter vellum paper!

Sweet and Sumple card...

Have a great Sunday!

25 Days #9: Curly Tree

Hello Everyone!

At my last club night we had a gift exchange. It was fun to see all the projects everyone made! I made a curly tree cased from PattyStamps. I followed her directions, put on 2 movies and spent the night curling DSP and pinning the strips to my styrophom cone. It was a bit time consuming, but fun to make. Here it is:
Tarah was the person I exchanged with so she is modeling the tree for me :).  Janna is peaking in from behind.

Here are some of the other projects we got in the exchange. Each recipient is holding their present:

Here is Donna showing a cake made by my friend Colby. It was actually 2 tiered and looked like this:
Cute right?!

I got gift tags from Donna. I loved the detail on them.

This is Colby showing her photo box from Tarah. I wish I got a picture of ot closed. It was very cute!

Alisha, my stampy friend and downline is showing a goodie bag Mary Lou made for everyone with some fun washi tape.

Kathy is showing a cute box and ornaments Alisha made.

Mary Lou had some cute cards Kathy made.

It was so much fun to see everyone's creativity!

25 Days #6,7,8: Club Appreciation Projects

I have the pleasure of spending every month with these ladies. We stamp, we eat, we have the best time ...really! My husband always says it sounds like there is 20 people on our house because we are having so much fun!

Last night it was my chance to say thank you to them for their loyalty and friendship. So I cooked them dinner (enchiladas my specialty) and we did a few projects (of course!). Here is the group (above).

 Here was project #1:

Yes, I love these take out boxes! They are easy, cheap ($1 each) and fun to decorate. Stampin Up has several pre made boxes like this and I always order a few packs of them. I took a few angles so you could get a sense of the whole box!

Here is project #2:

This is made with the Fry Box Die. I love this little box. It is very festive and mades a cute little gift!

Here's is project #3

This is another pre made bag by SU and the Big Bow Die. I also used the Chalk Talk stamp set for the tag. I think I'll use this for a gift card or some candy treats?!

I hope you enjoyed the projects. We also did a gift exchange. I'll post those photos on a different post.

Have a great day!

25 Days #3: Tiny Christmas Treat Boxes

Hello!

Welcome back for another holiday project.  How was your Thanksgiving?!  Mine, was great.  We made it out to both families homes and then did a little shopping.  Today, I am able to relax and work on more holiday projects!

This project was actually a gift from my downline Alisha.  This adorable treat box was made using the Tiny Treat Boxes from Stampin' Up!  These boxes come in a pack of 25 for only 6.95.  They are 2"x2"x2" and are just the right size for a handful of chocolates or some candy canes.  Or, I recently used these to dress up necklace gifts.

Stay tuned for more projects.  And don't forget about the Extravaganza Sale on until 12/3.  You can order with me or online.

Have a great day!

25 Days of Holiday Projects #1: Christmas Takeout Boxes

EXTRAVAGANZA SALE IS STILL ON UNTIL DEC 2....CLICK HERE TO CHECK OUT THE DEALS. ORDER WITH ME OR ONLINE USING CODE: EXQUBAEJ TO EARN SOME FUN PRIZES!

Happy Thanksgiving (almost anyway)!

I am very grateful for lots of things this year.  First and foremost for a healthy family and lot of blessings throughout the year.  Also, for my Stampin' friends and all of your support and company all year long.  I love that you spend some time with me in your busy schedule (whether it is in person or online :) and that you choose me to be your go to person for your paper supplies.  I had a friend joke once that her monthly orders helped pay for my daughters dance classes and extra activities.....little does she know that they do!

As I have pumpkin bread in the oven, tamales on the stove and a turkey ready for tomorrow, I am thinking ahead to the next few weeks :)  I'd love to give you a series of ideas to help you plan your holidays.  What do you think?!  The first thing that comes to my mind is gifts for neighbors, coworkers, or teachers.  These new takeout boxes are perfect for that.  They come out to be about $1 each, sold in packs of 6 and are just big enough to put baked goods in or a small gift.  I think I will also use these for gift cards too.

This takeout box above is simply decorated with some ribbon and an easy tag I stamped and punched out.  I also added a little extra by wrapping some Festive Kraft Paper Rolls on it.  It was super easy to make and inexpensive.

Please come daily in the next 25 days for more fun ideas for gifts, cards and some holiday decor.  OR, subscribe to my blog and you will receive an email everytime I post something new.  Simply go to the "subscribe...." option on my right side bar, enter your email and then verify you want to subscribe when you receive the first email.  Make sure you check your junk mail on the first message because chances are the message will end up there.

Have a great Thanksgiving!
