This weekend I babysat my neices and nephews and made a few projects while they were here. This purse was inspired by Kirsten Kennedy's purse that she shared with us during our Luv2Stamp Meeting. I got the step by step instructions from Kay Sha's blog (thank you for the instructions). You can view them at http://creationsonpaper.blogspot.com/2009/02/thank-you-purse-and-cards.html I plan to fill this purse with some cards and giving it away as a small gift.
This one she all by herself. Jocelyn, 10, picked the colors and put it all together. She is a little crafter in the making. It is a lot of fun having her over and making cute projects.
I am not sure if you can tell but the So Saffron papers is textured using the Big Shot Backgrounds I texturz plates. Texturizing the paper really gives it an elegant look.
Paper: Bella Birds DSP, So Saffron
Accessories: Big Shot Texturz Plate: Backgrounds I, Jumbo Brads
